At this time, we are unable to accept international orders. Payment must be made via credit card with a Canadian billing address.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/Wire Transfer is a system of transferring money from one bank account directly to another without any paper money changing hands. Funds are transferred electronically from your bank account to Cadillac Fairview's bank account in typically 2 to 3 business days depending on your financial institution. EFT also includes Wire Transfers, Swift Payments and any other form of payment transferred electronically.

Upon check out of your CF SHOP! card purchase online, we will provide you a downloadable invoice form (click here to see an example). The invoice will have all your order details including Cadillac Fairview’s information and instructions on how to initiate an EFT/Wire Transfer with your financial institution. You will then provide this information to your financial institution or accounting team for processing.

All up-front purchasing fees are waived for one time orders over $1,000 or more than 100 cards.

Shipping & Handling Fee

Online purchases are fulfilled out of Ontario and are subject to Ontario purchasing, shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees cover all costs associated with the processing, delivery, packaging, and applicable taxes.

Shipping Methods

We have three convenient shipping options available:

  • Canada Post Regular Lettermail usually takes 2-8 business days. This option is for orders under $100 in value.
  • Canada Post Expedited usually takes 1-7 business days and a signature is required.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight provides next-business-day, morning delivery to most metropolitan areas and signature is required. (Corporate orders are shipped with FedEx Priority Overnight.)

CF SHOP! card orders can be shipped anywhere in Canada. Please note FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. For P.O. Box delivery please select Canada Post Expedited or for orders under $100 in value, Lettermail delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. In most cases, if your order was placed before 1:00 pm EST, your order will be shipped the same business day. If you ordered after 1:00 pm EST, your order will be shipped the following business day.

For Corporate Customers transferring funds electronically, orders are fulfilled and shipped once payment has been received. On average, most orders are processed between five and ten business days.

Track Your Order

As a registered Cadillac Fairview customer, you will have access to your orders by clicking on My Account and signing in.

Within your account, your order history is available for review and highlights details such as shipping date, method of shipping and, if applicable, a package tracking number. These details are also available in your Order Confirmation email at the time of purchase.

To keep your order secure, all corporate order gift cards are locked in transit and will require unlocking upon receipt. To unlock your order, simply log in to your account and update the order status to “Shipment Received/Request Cards Unlock” or Contact Us.

Register for an Account

Registering as a Cadillac Fairview customer is a great benefit. Each time you purchase a CF SHOP! card checkout will be faster and easier because your information is stored. For security reasons we do not retain credit card information. Another benefit is you can easily check on the status of your orders and keep a record of all online CF SHOP! card purchases.

For personal purchases, you will be prompted to sign up for an account at checkout.
